High Court of Justice of Debrecen absorbed the four policemen from the charges of fatal assault.
In 2007 four police officers made arrangements in the case of a drug dealer. The man died right after his caption.
In 2011 the four policemen was absorbed from the charges of fatal assault then in 2012 High Court of Justice of Debrecen made the same decision. However the mother of the drug dealer asked an appeal; it was stated that the death of the suspected was caused by one of the police officers.
